Have a floor plan? Email it to info@valeotechnology.com, or reply with it attached when we acknowledge your enquiry. A PDF, a DWG or an image is fine. Sending a plan is optional, and it only needs to carry what you are comfortable sharing. A listening visit needs no drawings at all.

We reply within one business day. What you send is treated as confidential and used only to prepare your reply.

One

A zone plan

Your floor divided by what actually happens in each part of it, not by where the walls fall. Each zone gets its intent, its content character and its target level. This is the drawing the design conversation happens over, and it is the thing most projects have never had.

Layouts and schematics

Loudspeaker and sensor positions, coordinated against your reflected ceiling plan, lighting, sprinklers and diffusers. Power, network and rack requirements stated. Documented so a contractor can price it and install it without ringing us. Acoustic data is processed into metadata for sound levels, frequency and events. It is not conversation recording.

Three

Indicative costing

A number for the real floor rather than a rate off an average, scoped as one separable line item covering design, content, platform, installation and commissioning. Priced through your AV or installation partner, so it lands where your contractor expects it.
